Service Description

This 4 week series will focus on the fundamentals of a yoga practice, helping you develop a firm foundation so that you are able to safely and enjoyably move through a full vinyasa flow class. We will focus on alignment, proper breathing, and balance, as we delve deeply into common asanas (poses). Each week we'll break down and learn several essential poses, then put them together in a short flow to integrate breath and movement. This series will be of great benefit as you move forward on your yogic path, allowing you to feel confident, safe, and strong during your practice. As you become familiar with the techniques used to achieve optimal alignment in these poses, you'll experience a heightened awareness of the body/mind/breath connection.
